This recipe is best mixed in a blender until smooth.

White Peach Sangria

Excellent for Spanish and Mediterranean-themed summer parties, the White Peach Sangria recipe from Maureen Petrosky on includes white sliced peaches, peach or apricot brandy, moscato wine, and peach seltzer water.


Stir the ingredients with a wooden spoon and pour into glasses, add ice, and garnish with two peach slices.

Strawberry Daiquiri

Created by award-winning mixologist Andy Pearson, the Strawberry Daiquiri is intensely fruity and summery, perfect for garden parties. Use locally sourced fresh strawberries (English strawberries are in season throughout June, July and August!) and mix with white rum, white sugar, strawberry liqueur and lime juice.


This is another simple but sophisticated recipe that can be topped with half a strawberry for garnishing.

Heirloom Tomato Mojito

From, this summery cocktail recipe by Chicago-based chef Adam Seger includes lime (cut into quarters), heirloom tomato, green tomato, basil leaves and a basil sprig, salt and pepper, tonic water, Gran Centenario Plata Tequila, and balsamic vinegar.

Use the highest-quality tomatoes you can get hold, mix everything in a pint glass until juicy, and add ice to the top.
