The venue hire includes the following:

  • Exclusive facility hire & ground hire
    09h00 – 24h00 (23h00 on Sundays)
  • Venue manager
  • Technician
  • 4 x security based on a 6 hour event
  • Use of existing kitchen facilities
  • Existing lighting – pin spots for dining tables, disco and atmospheric lighting
  • PA system for speeches and disco
  • Dance floor
  • Luxury WCs
  • 600 chairs, 60 x 5ft dining tables, reception seating & tables, garden furniture
  • Existing power requirements
  • Cleaning of marquee before and after the event

Hire Rates

Prices

Dry hire rates are between £7,000 and £12,000 + VAT per day and vary by day of the week.

Additions

The Garden Room’s private car park can be used free of charge but requires one car park marshal on an 8 hour call at £12.00 + VAT per hour.

We do not have a set catering list but please make your caterer aware that there is a 10% catering commission which they will be invoiced for after the event.
