Start your conference with drinks in the private gardens of The Garden Room, and enjoy the picturesque setting of Syon Park as you welcome guests. Guests can then be invited into the reception space where further refreshments could be served, before the conference gets underway in the Garden Room’s main space. Our reception area makes the ideal break-out room throughout the day, and is perfect for refreshment breaks, workshops and much more.

The addition of outside space makes this an unmissable venue for summer conferences, enabling guests to relax outside throughout the day, or enjoy a drinks reception as the conference draws to a close. The Garden Room’s private outside space can also be used to incorporate team-building challenges into your conference venue. We offer great value day delegate rates from as little as £56 + VAT per person to include all you need to create the perfect conference at the Garden Room. Our packages include tea and coffee, a two course buffet lunch, conference equipment and technicians.

Overnight accommodation can be provided at a number of surrounding hotels, so there’s no need to worry about travel arrangements as your conference draws to a close. Shuttle services can also be provided from nearby stations to the venue, at an additional charge.

As the conference draws to a close you might wish to add an evening celebration to the day. The Garden Room can easily be transformed to accommodate anything from an informal drinks reception to a sumptuous seated dinner and following party, complete with DJ and dancing. We can also arrange outside celebrations, perfect for the warmer months. Choose from a barbecue, bowl food reception or put a contemporary spin on the evening’s events with street food stalls and outside entertainment.
